I think I’m just in an era where I am putting the healing into practice. That’s one amazing way to put it. I’ve done the work on my own, now, and I am feeling the triggers, changing the environments, going through the steps to see if I have truly broken the cycle or if I’m actually going after my wants.
It’s strange. I feel so healed, yet so scared. I’m used to going through eras where I would change and grow and progress, but now, I truly feel like a completely different person than I’ve ever been before. 2024 me wouldn’t even recognize 2025 me. It’s a beautifully terrifying realization.
